Utilities & Services

The following utilities and services are provided to our community.

Trash Collection 

You can expect prompt and consistent trash pickup as part of our community’s provided services.  Palm Springs Disposal provides a trash bin and a recycling bin which is picked up every Tuesday. Special items must be called in to their office and will be picked up for a fee 760-327-1351.  The dumpster is open Monday-Friday from 8 a.m. - 2 p.m., closed Saturday, Sunday from 8 a.m. - 12 noon for homeowner/ resident use (green waste) only.  No construction material allowed.  Please read signs posted on the gate for additional items not allowed.

Water and Sewer 

Water service is provided by Desert Water Agency 760-323-4971.  to our landscaping and outdoor common areas to keep them thriving and to our clubhouse and pool to keep them fully operational.

Electricity

We provide electricity for amenities such as our clubhouse, pool and tennis courts so that they’re always ready for our homeowners to enjoy.  You may reach Southern California Edison to set up your own residential service 800-655-4555

Several providers in our area offer a variety of options for reliable, high-speed internet, telephone and cable services. We encourage you to evaluate each of these options to find the service that’s right for you.

Street Sweeping

M&M Sweeping does our community sweeping twice monthly.  1st and 3rd Wednesday.  Please make sure your  vehicle is not parked on the curbside those days.
