Utilities & Services

The following utilities and services are provided to our community.

Trash Collection 

Service is included in your HOA Assessment.  You can expect prompt and consistent trash pickup as part of our community’s provided services.  Palm Springs Disposal provides a trash bin, recycling bin and organic waste bin which is picked up every Tuesday. Special items must be called in to their office and will be picked up for a fee 760-327-1351.  

Water and Sewer 

Service is included in your HOA Assessment.  Water service is provided by Desert Water Agency 760-323-4971 to our landscaping and outdoor common areas to keep them thriving and to our clubhouse and pool to keep them fully operational.

Electricity

We provide electricity for common area amenities such as our clubhouse, pool and tennis courts so that they’re always ready for our homeowners to enjoy.  You may reach Southern California Edison to set up your own residential service 800-655-4555.

Gas

The gas lines are owned and maintained by the HOA.  Individual Units are submetered and usage is billed along with the monthly HOA assessment.  Residents may reach Southern California Gas Co. at 800-427-2200 for any concerns inside their Unit.

Internet, Telephone & Cable

Several providers in our area offer a variety of options for reliable, high-speed internet, telephone and cable services. We encourage you to evaluate each of these options to find the service that’s right for you.

Document Shredding

Secure document shredding is available at the clubhouse by our partners with Desert ARC to ensure your private documents remain safe.

Street Sweeping

M&M Sweeping does our community sweeping twice monthly.  1st and 3rd Wednesday.  Please make sure your vehicle is not parked on the curbside those days.
